Curbside Pickup

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Shop for products online & add products to your cart.
  2. When checking out, select the store pickup option.
  3. Pay for your order online.
  4. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  5. Call (289) 326-1287 when you arrive with your confirmation email & we’ll deliver the order right to your vehicle. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Due to COVID-19, all curbside pickup orders are contactless.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • HOW DO I PURCHASE ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE?
    • Simply shop online at c6medical.ca, add items to your cart and select store pickup at checkout. You can select your pickup location before placing your order.
  • I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I PICK IT UP NOW?
    • We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up. Please do not go to the warehouse until you have received this notification.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER READY FOR PICK UP?
    • Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be ready for pick up. We'll send you an email as soon as it's ready!
  • WHAT TIME CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
    • Once you receive a pickup notification email, you can proceed to the store you selected during the following times:
      • Monday – Friday : 9am - 4pm.
  • If you have questions about your order, please call the store you selected through checkout:

    • WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE STORE?
      • When you arrive at the pickup location you selected, please park in one of the spots reserved for curbside pickup (near store entrance), then call the store to notify them of your arrival. They will ask for your pickup code and deliver your purchase right to your vehicle! Please note, during COVID-19 all pickup orders are contactless.
    • CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WHEN I PICK IT UP?
      • All online transactions require you to pay online.
    • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
      • You will need to provide your order confirmation when picking up your order. This will be found in your emailed order confirmation. You may be asked to provide photo ID.
